Our PLAAK Coin is LISTED on the Exchange!
The PLAAK coin is listed on the PLAAK exchange platform after many months completing some much required updates and changes to the Phaeton Blockchain platform.
We ask you to read over the FAQ below to assist with your questions and to outline what steps are required to be followed for receiving your PLAAK coin into your PLAAK Exchange wallet account.
FAQ
The last digit of my wallet address and/or new wallet address is different from previously?
· Prior to the update and required changes, the last digit of your PLAAK coin wallet ended with the letter ‘L’. Since the update, the last digit of your wallet address is now ‘P’.
Does that mean I have to create a new wallet address on the desktop wallet platform?
· No. Everything is still as it was before including your balance. There is no need to change or update. Just enter your wallet address and replace the letter ‘L’ with the letter ‘P’.
The “Ticker Symbol” has changed and why?
· Correct. Part of the updates and changes we conducted on the Phaeton Blockchain, the changes resulted in the new symbol reflecting PHA instead of the previous PLKX.
Does that mean I have to do another swap?
· No. There is no need for you to do anything as the PLKX is PHA. To simplify this in simple terms, PLKX is PHA, PHA is PLKX which = PLAAK Coin. It’s only the symbol that has changed.
Has the name of the coin changed?
· No. The coin is still called PLAAK Coin as previously before. Our coin will still be referred as the PLAAK Coin.
Now that the PLAAK coin is live, how do I access my wallet?
· You will need to login into your PLAAK Exchange account and select ‘Wallet’ under your account profile. Once you have completed that, select PLAAK coin (PHA) to create your wallet address.
How do I receive my PLAAK coins into my wallet on the exchange?
· Once you have set up your wallet, please complete this link Form 1 and enter your details. Once you have completed the details, we will verify your previous holding and transfer your PLAAK coin balance to your new wallet address on the PLAAK Exchange.
What if I haven’t’ created an account with PLAAK Exchange but I’m holding PLAAK Coins (PLKX/PHA)?
· At your earliest conveniences, login into our PLAAK Exchange and create an account. After you have verified your account, please refer to Form 1 and complete with your details.
What if I am still holding the original PLK token and I didn’t participate in the swap in mid 2019?
· That’s ok. We ask that you create an account on the PLAAK Exchange, verify your account and then complete link Form 2 to arrange the token swap from PLK token to PLAAK coin.
I have completed Form 1 and created my PLAAK coin wallet on the exchange. When will I receive my PLAAK coin/s?
· Once you have completed Form 1 and we have verified the details with our database records, we aim transfer the PLAAK coin balance to your wallet address provided within 7 business day starting from Monday 9th March 2020. We will do our best to facilate this quickly as possible. (Please make sure the details you provide in Form 1 is correct and matches the details in your PLAAK Exchange account to avoid delays).
I have tried to log into the PLAAK Exchange using my old password but it doesn’t work. What do I do?
· On the login page you will find a section called ‘Send Recovery Email’. Please click on it. You will receive an email to your email address you use previously on the PLAAK Exchange where you will be ask to verify the link. Once the link is verified, create a new password. Then login into the exchange. (If you don’t receive your email from noreply@plaak.io, please check your spam/junk folder and mark as not spam/junk).
What will the use case be for the PLAAK coin now and in the future?
· We are still committed to implementing use case for the PLAAK coin, to add value to the PLAAK ecosystem. Presently, we working through some partnerships that will utilize the PLAAK coin within their ecosystem with news to be share once the partnership is live.
Will the PLAAK coin be listed on other exchanges?
· Yes. The team are still discussing with other exchanges to list our PLAAK coin. Now the Phaeton Blockchain is updated, we are able to continue discussions with other exchanges and establish a timeline.
