Topic: Final round to completing your PLK (ERC-20) Token swap to native PHA Coin (PLKX)
Attention: All PLK Token Holders
You may or may not be aware, our native coin, PHA has been circulating in the market since early 2019 and the PHA coin is the replacement for the PLK ERC-20 token. The PHA Coin was previously known as PLKX however the ticker symbol was changed in late 2019 to PHA to reflect the updates conducted on the Phaeton Blockchain platform.
Most of our token holders have completed the token swap process which occurred in April 2019 however we have a few of our token holders who haven’t completed their swap over and we are asking those who haven’t, to complete the swap over to obtain your PHA Coins.
We must also stress, we have implemented a cut-off time to have your PLK Token swapped to PHA Coins. The final date we will accept your request to swap your PLK Token to PHA Coin is 31st March 2021. After this date and from the 1st of April 2021, any request from a swap will be rejected and the remaining PLK Tokens will be burnt.
We have prepared a step-by-step guide to assist you in completing the swap over as quick as possible. The swap is 1 PLK Token for 5 PLAAK (PHA) Coins [1:5 ratio). PLease scroll down to the Step-by-Step Guide.

This is important, we complete this PLK Token Swap as quick as possible and before the cut-off date to ensure we have the PHA Coins listed on external exchanges by the middle of 2021.

Step 1 — Log into your MEW wallet account: https://www.myetherwallet.com/#send-transaction
· IMPORTANT — Check that the correct website address is displayed with a padlock and contains ‘https://’
· IMPORTANT — If the website has not padlock or only displays ‘http://’ do not proceed into your account.
· IMPORTANT — We (PLAAK) accepts not liabilities or responsibilities for the information we provide above and you make the decision based on your own assumptions.
Step 2 — Click on — Send Ether & Token tab as per image
· Log into you MEW account using your preferred method.
· Enter your Private Keys or
· Upload your KeyStore/JSON File and password combination
Step 3 — Add PLK as a custom token within your MEW wallet
· On the right-hand side of the screen in the Token Balances box click — Add Custom Token
· Enter/Copy & paste the below details in the required fields
1. Contract Address: 0x96fc0229b1aab013000909143f079Ab096D55317
2. Token Symbol: PLK
3. Decimals: 18
· Click on Save and then click on Show All Tokens
· Your PLK Token will now be displayed with your available PLK Token balance
Step 4 — Create an wallet account(if you don’t have one) on the Phaeton Blockchain
(1) Phaeton Blockchain website is www.wallet.plaak.com
- Remember to make sure a padlock appears in the browser.
(2) Click Log In (if you already have a wallet or Create New (first time)
3) Using your mouse, follow the blue box that appears on the screen until the screen refreshes and then stop.
(4) Once you have confirmed that you are a real person, your Phaeton ID will appear. Click on Get Passphrase.
(5) Your twelve (12) Passphrase words will be provided and it is important that you store your Passphrase in a safe and secure place. We cannot recover your Passphrase if you lose or forget your twelve (12) Passphrase. Click on Yes it’s Safe to proceed to next step.
(6) Once your wallet is created, you are required to initialize your Phaeton ID. To do this, simply send your PHA from your existing exchange account to your Phaeton Wallet address. [if you are holding the old PLK Token please complete the PLKTOKEN Swap Form below and then you can initialise later)
(7) To Initialize your Phaeton ID, click on settings on your dashboard. There a box tab will appear and you can complete the process. [remember to initialise your Phaeton ID, you must have PHA in your wallet]
(8) Once you have initialise your Phaeton ID, your wallet is good to go.
(9) You can view your wallet information, history and other features on your dashboard. Remember your Phaeton ID locks after 10 minutes as an extra safety feature.
Step 5 — Connect with the team via Email or Social Media Channel

Social Media: Facebook Channel — Phaeton Blockchain Group and send a message via Messenger
Connecting via Email: If you choose this option, please place in the subject line “PLK Token Swap” . In the email message, please provide your name, amount of PLK Tokens you are holding, PLK Token Wallet Address and new PHA Coin Wallet Address to verify. Once the team has received the information, we will be in contact to complete the process.
Connecting via Social Media: If you choose this option, please send a message via Messenger in the Phaeton Blockchain Community Group with the subject “ PLK Token Swap”. A team member will reply and provide you with the next steps. Once we have completed the swap, we will notify you via email of the swap or via Messenger along with your new PHA Coin balance.
These are the only two channels we are accepting in terms of requesting your PLK Token Swap. Remember, the final date to accepting your PLK Token swap is 31st March 2021. Any request received from the 1st of April 2021 and beyond, will be rejected and you have accepted the PLK Token is no longer usable.
